My Story
With a unique upbringing split between Nova Scotia and the Czech Republic, I've always benefitted from a global perspective that enriches my approach to problem-solving and communication.
My affinity for data analysis and natural inclination for processing information led me to the financial markets, where I was lucky enough to work in banking, brokerage, exchange, regulation, and buy side. Through this journey I learned that the world offers endless opportunities to apply our skills and develop creative solutions.

After 17 years in financial markets, I had the opportunity to consult in retail and wholesale grocery, education, utilities, retail footwear, and technology. I've empowered these organizations by combining strategic business transformation with compelling content development. I leverage agile methodologies, process optimization, change management, benefits realization management, and psychological insights to help teams with whatever they're facing. My passion lies in translating complex information into accessible and impactful content that resonates, driving clear communication and enhancing audience engagement.

On a personal note, the mental fortitude and resilience I developed running full marathons on all seven continents are qualities I bring to every project. I'm passionate about pushing boundaries and achieving seemingly impossible goals, both personally and professionally.

I've returned to Nova Scotia after two decades away, bringing with me a wealth of experience. I'm committed to continuous learning and adaptation, and passionate about helping organizations here to navigate change, foster growth, and build a more resilient future together.
